About Me: Excuse me? Have you seen my people out there? I hear the world is full of people so I figure my future person(s) must be out there somewhere, right? You see, I just love people so much. I am what you might call a "people dog". My world revolves around them - I even love kids too! I could dream of nothing better than having a family to call my own. I dream of the day I get to have that... Sigh. If you want to play and be active, I am up for that! However, sleeping in and being comfy cozy sound really nice too.  People I have met in the past seem to find it funny and I like to make people laugh. I like to act silly and bounce around and play just like a puppy. Are you seeing a trend yet? I will give you a hint....I am a people pleaser! I promise I will love my people so much they won't need another dog, and that is ok with me since I am not too fond of other dogs. Anyways, enough about me... If you happen to see some people who look lost and without a dog, maybe you could help me out and point them to me?

Health Notes: We are happy to help Paisley with the next step in her life story. Medical records from prior to her time with hart mention some skin sensitivities, but we did not see any while in care. Paisley does have some mild tartar build up that her adoptive parents should be aware of. She is up to date with DACPP, Bordatella, Rabies and is spayed and microchipped.

Behavior Notes: Paisley is a gorgeous girl who is very active. She is good on leash, but when she's excited she does pull. It is very likely that she doesn't know her own strength. She absolutely loves people, and always wants to greet everyone whether she knows them or not. To help with her high energy, scent games (finding food in the grass) and food puzzles are a great way to tire her out, on top of a run in the yard or walks. She is also good to cuddle with you on the couch and just chill out. She loves Kongs full of peanut butter. Paisley is a flight risk however, and must be supervised at all times in the yard. She loves children of all ages but Paisley must be the only pet in the house, as she resource guards what she thinks is high value to her in the moment. This can be anything from toys and food in the house to sticks or leaves in the yard. She has only guarded from other animals. She is crate trained and fully house trained. She is working with a trainer for dog reactivity on leash currently. She is a very happy dog, and just wants people to love her, and she'll return that love and then some.
