Hi! My Name is Sedona

  • Sedona
  • Mixed Breed
  • 2 years old
  • Female

Weight (approx): 60 lbs

Energy: Medium to High

Children: Loud noises and sudden movements startle me. I have been around teenagers but not younger children.

Dogs: Yes

Cats: Unknown

Health Notes:  Sedona was brought in from a rescue friend in the High Level area. It is apparent that she has had litter(s) in past, but that is all behind her now. While in care, there were no medical concerns noted with Sedona. Sedona is up to date with her standard antiparasitics, vaccinations (DACPP, Bordatella, Rabies), microchip and spay.

Ideal Home:  Sedona can be a bit of a shy and some times fearful girl, but she loves other dogs. Sedona would do best in a home with a calm and confident dog who is hearty and strong enough to play tug and chase with her. She is a strong girl who plays by "mouthing" and can get excited when playing. Supervision is required to redirect the playing if it gets to rough. Her adoptive family must be willing to give her the exercise she needs. She currently iswalked everyday for 45 minutes to an hour using a harness and has ample time to play in the yard with the resident dog at her foster home. Sedona would do best in a house with a large, fenced yard big enough that she could run and play. Sedona will also require a consistent and patient handler to work on her excitability.
